We had a laundry room leak/flood (water overflowed into the hallways and even down into our dining room ceiling), and PuroClean (of Chamblee, GA) came to our house to help remediate the problem. Samit, the owner, answered our phone call at 1 am, and was very courteous and professional. Michael, the lead technician, came to our house and helped with our situation. They helped prevent further water damage, cleaned up and dried the areas, and came back to assess the situation, take moisture levels, and re-adjust as needed. We are grateful for their speedy response and professionalism. We are very happy with their service and highly recommend them! ~ Donna C
Michael Nogueira was the lead guy on the cleanup crew in December 2021. He was very thorough and was excellent at explaining all of the steps that would be necessary to complete the cleanup process. He is a great communicator and very knowledgeable in his field. Always prompt for his appointments and was quick to let you know if there was going to be any delays or schedule changes. I would definitely use ProClean of Chamblee again and would request Michael as well. Great Job Michael! ~ Randy H

They removed the door to my furnace room an said they would put it back up. He didn't have the tools an would come back on Monday to install it but they never came back. ~ Linda B
